As a policy, donations and registration fees are non-refundable. Once a contribution is made or a registration is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, in case of a duplicate transaction or an error, please contact us within 7 days at info.iconicworship@gmail.com with valid proof of payment, and our team will review and resolve the issue.
